Troy Villa was originally established in 1972 and in 1990 added a large addition completing the community of  330 total home sites. Starting in January 2016 Troy Villa was revived under new ownership and the family owned business began to make needed improvements to the property. Since that time, various improvements have been made to the water services, waste water removal infrastructures, Natural Gas supply lines and electrical upgrades throughout to name a few. In addition, they also made it a priority to improve community amenities for current and future residents with the installation of new playground equipment, community pool, enclosed mail house with parcel service and starting this spring 2023 brand new roads will be installed. It is our goal to provide a safe, and joyful place for the residents of  Troy Villa for years to come.
